Returns & Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your product within 14 days after delivery. Return request has to be sent to support@panprices.com. In order to qualify for a return, the requirements of the respective retailers have to be met and in all cases the product needs to be unused, in new condition, in the original box, and all accessories and manuals need to be included. Panprices reserves the right to reject any refund if the necessary requirements stated by the retailer are not met.

The product needs to be sent back to the retailer and the return address will be provided to you by Panprices. Panprices does not accept returns to their office address. Any costs associated with the return of a product need to be covered by you, i.e. shipping costs and/or potential handling fees charged by the retailer. Return policies may vary depending on the retailer. For more details on the return policies of specific retailers, please reach out to support@panprices.com.

Refunds will be paid out within 3-5 business days after the retailer has received and approved the condition of the product. The money will be refunded via the same payment method that was chosen at checkout, e.g. Klarna or Stripe. Panprices reserves the right to make deductions from the refund price in case the requirements from the retailers are not met and/or if additional handling fees are charged by the retailer.
